Spacious, comfy, clean, cozy, well-equipped apartment. Everything you could possibly need is there. The coffee maker is great. Safe location. Metro station 5 minutes away. Spar, DM, and McDonald's are 5 minutes away in Gasometer. The host is friendly and responds quickly. I hope we have the opportunity to come back.

Clean, with garage parking, close to tram, easy walking distance to Ubahn, great food a nice walk away. Closed playground in front of the apartment block was great to let the kids out in the morning or when we got back from sight seeing.

Big apartment, very good connection to the city center by tram or subway. It also has very good connection to the airport by S7 train. It has all the appliances and furniture you can think of. Martin, the host, was very helpful.

The host was very responsive to any of our needs. The apartment is very large compared to others in which we have stayed. The kitchen was well stocked, the dining area was comfortable, there was an additional workstation, and a huge living room with two couches in it, a TV, wood burning stove (with wood), and a grand piano. The bedroom was bigger than most of the places we have rented in the past. The bed was very comfortable. We never felt like we were in an apartment, it very much had the feel of a home. In addition, it had great access to public transit. There was a tram right outside the door that would take you right to downtown Vienna. About three or four blocks the other direction, there was a U Bahn station. So transportation was quite easy. It was very clean and there were a lot of thoughtful touches. It was even decorated for Christmas. The neighborhood felt safe, there was a great Irish pub just a couple blocks away, and a grocery store and pharmacy just down the street. We will most definitely be booking this location again.

I cannot recommend Plaza Inn Gasometer enough – it’s an absolutely amazing place to stay in Vienna! The location is perfect, the rooms are impeccably clean and cozy, and the breakfast is simply incredible. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. During my stay, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and kindness. However, it was after I had already checked out that their kindness truly shone. I realized, while boarding my flight back to Poland, that I had forgotten my AirPods in the hotel room. Feeling stressed and uncertain, I reached out to the hotel. To my amazement, the staff not only understood my situation but went above and beyond to ensure my headphones were safely sent back to me. Thanks to their incredible effort, the parcel arrived at my home in Poland, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This level of care and attention to detail is rare, and I’m still in awe of the kindness and professionalism of the team at Plaza Inn Gasometer. Not only did I have a wonderful stay, but this experience reminded me that there are still places where hospitality truly comes from the heart. Thank you for making my stay so special and for going the extra mile for your guests. I am deeply appreciative and would return in a heartbeat!
