The room was really big, with great view. The staff was very helpful; even though our train arrived very early to the City, they helped us with the Check in and tried to find us a room that could be ready for us.

The Falls view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding a special touch to the entire experience. The hospitality at the reception during check-in and check-out was warm and professional, making the process smooth and welcoming. A special mention to the bellhop services, which were efficient and courteous, helping us with our luggage and making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The hotel also features excellent amenities including a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and gym, perfect for relaxing or keeping up with your fitness routine. Having a Starbucks on-site was a great bonus – very convenient for a quick coffee or snack.
