The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially our manager Vincent who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Facilities and the staff were excellent but the dining was not barely satisfactory. We had lunch one day at the order Cantonese restaurant. The salad had virtually no dressing so we had to ask for more. We ordered beef with Flan noodles and it was not hot and there was very little beef. We went to the “seafood” buffet one night and the bill of fare was not at all at the level we have had in the past at Beijing hotels. The breakfast buffet was acceptable but again not what we had expected based on other hotels in China.

The location is good, only 10minutes walk from the subway station (but in summer it feels like 20min). The breakfast is also good.

The rooms are very clean and they were cleaned every day. The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. I am very greatfull to them. There are enough options to eat in the nearby. There are a few supermarkets in the nearby.
