My family was very happy with our stay and impressed by all the little extras the hotel provided for guests at Christmas. The room was spotless and luxurious, the facilities were well maintained, the lounge area absolutely stunning. The Christmas display was fantastic and all staff were polite. We were very grateful for a chocolate cake waiting for us in the room, which hotel provided as an anniversary gift. Breakfast was very good but both the decoration of the buffet room and the choice seemed a tad below Ritz standard. Plenty of Chinese options but some Western options, though tasty, were quite limited in terms of choice e.g. the cold cuts, cheeses and bread sections.I would have expected a higher quality of hams and cheeses but that's just me being picky. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Hotel in Guangzhou and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms that have all the amenities you would expect from a top-notch establishment. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, providing us with a beautiful panorama of the city. The highlight of our stay, however, was the service we received from the chief concierge, Peter. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from hailing taxis to sending packages via DHL. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rest of the personnel at the Jumeirah Guangzhou were also very nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist in any way possible. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Jumeirah Guangzhou to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in the city. The first thing i like is the care about our family by the Peter, he call day before and ask me about everything we want to feel ourselves comfortable and during all three nights he did care about us, many thanks for that 🙏🏼 Rosewood hotel has the best location in GZ, best gym, swimming pool, best restaurants and bars, very good breakfast, comfortable suits, highly recommended to stay in this hotel!
