Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel also has air conditioning, which was really great as we visited during a heatwave. Location is good, close to the streetcar and the quaint suburb Rohrbach.

The location was excellent. Even though it was on the edge of town the trams & bus were right there. We bought a day ticket for two and went i to town and up to the funicular for the castle. Also there was a neighbourhood around the corner with cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Try the Ethiopian one!

Beautiful interior, very stylish, with an Italian restaurant on the ground floor! Very good wine! The rooms were clean and very comfortable! I would definitely come back! The staff is very friendly!

The room was comfortable: large wardrobe, desk, chair, armchairs, lots of space. Bathroom was ok, clean and with all that's needed. Very responsive staff, easy late check-in. Appreciated the parking space. Very large shopping mall just beside the Hotel. Very good value for money.

had friends come over from Canada so I got this hotel room for them and it had two comfortable beds for them to stay in.
There were no problems and it has a nice shower and a comfy couch to chill on
