Friendly staff, quiet room, great air conditioning, superb buffet breakfast - actually the best breakfast we had on our trip in Spain, great location to walk to sites. First hotel we stayed at with an exercise room - we much appreciated!

The hotel is located right across from the Guggenheim Museum so has an amazing location. It is a 5 star hotel and it lived up to that standard. The gym is awesome with basic equipment and clean.

Property was clean, basic, reasonably comfortable. amenities provided like coffee and basic condiments. never met owner or operator. All entry done by code. neighborhood is safe, fairly centrally located. beautiful bakery on the corner. but of a walk to Guggenheim, not bad.
