This place is absolutely perfect from a location perspective. Especially if you have little kids. Short path to Gulliver park. The flat is very well equipped, looks like it was from a recent renovation. The bedding is clean and new. The bathroom is modern and shiny. Very clean check in instructions.

Andres was very helpful. The apartment was perfect and the location as well. It was difficult time in Valencia and Andres was very kind to guide us.

Location is great. There is a big mall with everything opened late in the night. There is a bus/tram station. Walking distance to 3 sightseeing elements of Valencia. Previous reviews were mentioning the noise from street. Well, the street is a side street and traffic is low. Access is via code, which is a bonus. The entrance is wheel accessible so kindly recommended for families with strollers. Apartment is decent size, we were enjoying everything. Beds are decent, all amenities were in good shape. Fan in bathroom can be turned down. We were a family with 3 kids, and they all enjoyed.
