Loved the location in the Opera district along with the Parisian owned restaurants nearby.
Loved the small touches of cookies when we arrived, the water refills, lotions packets in our room and coffee service.
The rooms were adequate and the beds very comfortable!
The staff was exceptional! Natasha and others went out of their way to help us and ensure all our needs were were met. Taxis, restaurant recommendations, train information- we would definitely stay here again!!

I loved the location! It was close to plenty of restaurants, shopping (like the Galleries Lafayette), and the metro!
The room was also really nice! We stayed in the Cozy Double. It was small, but we made it work with 2 carry on luggage and 2 checked bags! The bed was comfortable and the decorations and interior design was beautiful! I loved the colors.
