This was our second time staying in the same hotel apartment building, but with a different direct owner — and this one was truly a standout! The apartment was spotless, offered great value for money, and was very comfortable. We also loved how easily accessible everything was, with supermarkets and other essentials just a short walk away. Everything in this apartment is beautiful! I wish I stayed longer. Once booked, the owner was quick to send instructions for self check-in. The apartment is located in a relatively new complex in Saburtalo - with a cafe and grocery store in walking distance. The owner is quick to respond to messages, and easy to communicate with. There is enough storage, towels, and all other amenities for short and long term stay. The appliances are modern. I will be very happy to return.

I stayed in a cozy room on the 5 th floor, and to my surprise, it had a lovely balcony with a view of the Tbilisi. Every morning, I’d sit there with a cup of coffee, enjoying the peaceful view before heading out for the day. The room itself was simple but beautifully decorated with touches of local art, making it feel unique and full of character.
