This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was big, high-rise and the rooms were big enough even the toilets are big. We stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. The view was exquisite. The staff were friendly and they allowed us a late checkout.

Room was very spacious for 4 of us including 2 young children. The hotel provided filtered water so that saved a lot of effort in having to boil water or buying water from the convenience store (which is right next to the hotel). Hotel is connected to the Mongkok East MTR and the Moko Mall. Moko Mall has an outdoor contained playground which could be looked at from the food court. At the bottom of the hotel's hill is the flower market across the road. Prince Edward MTR is also not too far away if you wish to get on the red MTR line to go straight to Tsim Tsa Tsui without interchanges.
