The apartment was so cozy. It had all the amenities you could ask for. Also, shops and restaurants are very close by.

Keeping in mind its Rome, this B&B price wise is a bit on the higher end but totally worth the price. Rooms spacious and clean, very thoughtfully prepared for guest's needs. A cute breakfast spread. And above all, very very polite,cooperative & welcoming hosts. Enjoyed our stay.

It’s a cozy flat near to metro station, very comfortable and convenient. It’s hosted by Angela a very nice woman with incredible attention. We highly recommend to stay in Laterano Inn.

Francesco is a very helpful guy. I asked him to store my luggage after our checkout time, and he kindly agreed. He is always available whenever you need him. The apartment is very nice, with a kitchen and a washing machine. Lovely balcony with modern furniture, and a huge TV screen.

The view is amazing. Besides that, the apartment was clean and very comfortable.

We spent a wonderful week at Cuma Suites in early July. Even though we checked in late at night, the self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, they were sent right after booking, which made everything stress-free. We did the official check-in the next morning and it was quick and smooth. Our room (with a balcony) was bright, clean, and just the right size. The bed was very comfortable, and in early July, the terrace had shade until about 9:30 AM, which made it a perfect spot for breakfast. The room came with additional stuff like toiletries, extra glasses and mugs, slippers, a coffee machine with plenty of capsules, and a minibar stocked with soft drinks and water (which was replenished daily). The AC worked great, which was a big plus in the July summer heat. Breakfast was one of our favorite parts. Each evening we could select what we wanted and when we wanted it delivered. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious - all types of cornetti and fruit yogurts, fruit salad, café latte, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to our questions. The room was spotless, with fresh towels provided during each cleaning. The location is also great—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with a shady street that makes the walk pleasant even in the heat. There's also a bus line nearby that goes straight to the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. The area felt lively by day and quiet at night, with shops, restaurants, a supermarket, fruit store, pharmacy, and ATMs just a street away. We’d happily recommend Cuma Suites to couples and solo travelers. We’re already planning our next trip to Rome, and would gladly stay here again!

The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you might need during your stay (even a first aid kit, that was really helpful)🤍 Although not in a central location, we were able to easily go to the centre via metro (Line A). It’s literally 3-4 minutes away. Also, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Will definitely choose Appia rooms once I’m in Rome again.

Very nice, friendly host, clean apartment, great location minutes to the beach and restaurants
