The room is more spacious than all the others we stayed in while in Rome. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom, especially the shower, is very spacious, and we were offered complimentary coffee and water. So far, this has been the cleanest place we've stayed in Rome. The owner was very friendly and kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, asking us every day if everything was okay.
The street and building are quiet. There is a bus stop just a minute away from the building, and right outside, there are two good restaurants (we recommend The Goose).

The property was just a few minutes away walk from the Vatican, everything was spotless clean which was my favorite part. Very quiet! And lovely room with all sorts of amenities. Including hair dryer, wifi(which to me it was the most important since I was working) and some drinks and snacks included in the price! Much much better than the hotels around the area! I thin it couldn’t have been more perfect! I am very happy I chose this place

The apartment has a very good location. 20 min. by foot to the Vatican. A lot of restaurants, bars, and grocery Carrefour nearby. There is a park also not far away. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We found inside a lot of extra clean sheets and towels. It also has a long balcony across both rooms where you can nicely sit and have a drink.. Very easy to automatically check in/ out. Special thanks to our landlord, we forgot the airpods of my daughter inside after checking out and he was very cooperative in helping return them to us.
