Location is great - very close to the main attractions in the city center yet in a quiet residential area, with all sorts of facilities - minimarket, coffee shops, bakery and a traditional sandwich shop. Bus station in front of the building, metro station 5 minutes away. Room is spacious and clean with everything you need - fridge, iron, hair drier, coffee machine. For us it was perfect. And the customer support is great - many thanks to Debora who was very helpful and kind to answer all our questions and demands!

They had EVERYTHING we have been missing on this two month trip to Italy, such as simple things like luggage racks, soap dish in shower, enough toilet paper and coffee, soap, extra pillows, etc. We loved the common room and snacks, as well. We met great people while in that common room! And the lady who cleaned the room did a great job!!!!

The location is central but also a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of Rome. The room was very clean, everything you might need was provided, and room service was available daily. The staff were very communicative and you felt they were there for you whenever you needed anything. It was definitely a place we would choose to stay again.
