Simply beautiful. Squeaky clean room and bathroom with plenty of space to enjoy. Complimentary coffee and tea are always well stocked, and there is great air conditioning (we were even a little cold if it stayed on too long). The hosts are more than kind and attentive, as well as helpful. Ernesto was always checking in to see if there was something we needed or if he could do anything to make our stay even more pleasant. The location is a 10/10 as it is incredibly close to the Vatican (3 min) and Sant'Angelo Castle. Reading other reviews, i found that many complained about the noise coming from outside. i didn't have the same experience and had a great sleep in the comfy bed. You can't open the blinds to see the view due to safety. However, that's understandable since the room was on the ground floor. Overall, it's an amazing place and definitely the best in Rome. We can't wait to come back!

The location was amazing, super close to the Vatican St Peter's and in a very nice area. many restaurant and cafes nearby. Also the hotel staff were wonderful and left snacks for guests which was superbly nice. It was a great stay, would definitely reccomend to everyone!

Francesca is one great, nice, pleasant lady. Molto gentile! 🤗 Location of this flat is fantastic, building has a great view to St.Peter’s Church and beautiful, cozy balcony where you can have breakfast or have afternoon coffee while taking some vitamin D on the sun. 🤗 The sunny side is on the afternoon. The room is beautiful, with lots of space to put your staff inside, bed is quite big and comfortable! Flat has all necessary things that you may need: iron and practical ironing board, three sizes of towels with soap, hair shampoo and shower gel. Bathroom is very clean, with hairdryer and big mirror with different lights for ladies to put their make up on (girls will understand) 🙂 Flat has washing machine, toaster, microwave, small fridge (with wine, juice and water!!! 🍊), and all necessities for cooking. Muffins were waiting for us when we arrived. The staff is adorable, super friendly and so helpful. Amazing experience. Location is great, 3 mins walk from Vatican city and with good connection to the city center of Rome. I will recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again! ❤️

The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was big and extremely clean. There were all necessary available facilities, from hairdryer to TV with Netflix. Location is close to the Vatican and not so far away from the city center. The breakfast has a lot of variety which includes homemade stuff.

For the price we paid it was an excellent room for us. What you see in this picture is what you get. It is a clean room, with a clean bed. Two towels per person, and a dresser. Layla was extremely nice, she showed us the common area, brought us tea, coffee, water, and some snacks. I forgot my Euro phone plug and she lent me one. You are directly across the street from the train station; next door to the police station, and just a few minutes walk to St Peters Square. It was comfortable and quiet as they requested quiet time start at 8 pm. We even had a late checkout so we could explore Rome a few more hours. They were very accommodating to my requests.
