The location is fantastic just 2 minutes walking to the Spanish stairs. The accommodation is unique: you have your own room with a bathroom and you will get the keys to the main entrances along with the room key. In the living room there is a cafeteria where you can make all different kinds of beverages also they have multiple teas ( sleeping tea, stomach ease tea, English breakfast, green tea, ginger lemon tea… etc) and of course espresso machine. The owner is welcome, however you will feel like you own the place and rarely see anyone.

She took the time to explain everything we needed to know, gave us great tips on what to watch out for, how to explore the area, and the easiest way to take the shuttle to the airport. The location was excellent. The room was wonderfully equipped - it had a coffee machine, snacks, an iron, a fridge, slippers... everything was thoughtfully provided. It was spotless. As soon as you enter the hotel area of the building, you receive a warm welcome; everything is very clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I received excellent service. In terms of price and comfort, it was incredibly satisfying. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.
