We have stayed before and wanted to come back. Alessia Is an attentive, excellent host and the little things like toiletries, milk and juice make all the difference. The apartment is spotless and bed really comfortable, kitchen good if you don't feel like going out

This stay was FANTASTIC. Adrian the owner was a wonderful host and really cared that we are comfortable and had all that we needed and then some. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with a contemporary feel. The location was so nice away from the crowds, beautiful view of San Marco and the Venice coast. Great restaurants (and less expensive than across the water) as you walk out the apartment door on the walkway. Great pastry shop and grocery store too. We purchased a 48hr Vaporetto pass for unlimited rides while we were there (found at the train station for us). The system looks confusing if you look at the overall system but if you look at the individual stops inside the waiting area, it’s very clear. It was VERY EASY to use and we took it out to Murano (recommended) as well. Super fast to get across the water to San Marco square or anywhere you want to go in Venice. But back to the property. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GREAT LOCATION and HOST!! BETTER THAN A HOTEL IN THE CITY.

Incredibly convenient to vaporetto for exploring Venice. Quiet. Well stocked kitchen with spices, olive oil, cooking essentials provided. Fast wifi. Wonderful, comfortable bed. Bright and sunny. Welcoming host who communicated well and offered us some sightseeing opportunities.

Location is superb. The 24/7 shuttle made St Marks square easily approachable. The staff was exceptional. The interior is classy.
