This little gem was exactly what I imagined..the location is so close to waterfront but set back among gorgeous little streets across a bridge like an beautiful scene from a movie. The welcome at reception is exceptional ..after a long day travelling their warmth and the hotel's ambiance is exactly what the traveller needs. Their knowledge is on the spot and they are so willing to assist. The dining room staff are also a gem . I loved our stay here.. The beautiful room the complimentary treats are amazing ..location is key here also. If you are looking to experience luxury and old world Charm , this is the hotel to go to.

Exceptional, peaceful location within a 5 minute stroll to the heart of Venice. The room was overlooking the Lagoon and main promenade. Everything was as shown on their website and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Comvined with an extensive buffet breakfast we could not have hoped for a better place to stay for 5 nights.

Great location with many restaurants, gelato shops, souvernie stores and just take maximum 10 minutes to most of famous visit tourist sites in town. Mark is a wonderful host, he supported us a lot regarding transportation service as well as offer a free tour visit Murano Island. Highly recommend for this apartment.
