every thing literally everything staff was amazing i couldnt stress this enough !! they were super considerate ,helpful and cheerful. hotel vibe is traditional just in the right amount,not too fancy , i would recommend to try traditional bedrooms but for me it was enough just for one night , then i moved to western beds smoking area is in a beautiful traditional garden note: i didnt try the breakfast simply you will feel at home , with the best staff .

The room was really good, very large for Japan’s standards. Part of the room had tatami floors, which enriched the overall feeling and experience. The onsen was also free and really good and comforting. There was also free coffee and snacks on the lower floor. Great value!

Perfect place for exploring Kyoto. Great location in downtown. The hotel is new and stylish with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The room felt spacious and super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast: I had enough options as a vegan and the food was excellent quality.
