I loved the location,it was perfect. The hospitality was topnotch, and the staff were all amazing,courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was good and very tasty. Nour,Hassan,Ahmad, and all the guys in charge of breakfast were excellent. They decorated our room with beautiful roses prior to our arrival, and that was so sweet and thoughtful. They also allowed us to check out late for free,they waived the late checkout fees and told us not to worry about it, that left us speechless and so happy. We stayed in 3 hotels in beirut, and this was the best hotel of the 3. Very beautiful and lovely hotel with excellent service. I had a very beautiful stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, highly clean rooms with a modern design, and also very quiet at night (which is very important for a business trip!), and a good location in central Beirut. Beautiful rooftop restaurant, with incredible views of the town. Handwritten welcome note upon arrival was a very nice touch. I will definitely be going back to this hotel.

The hotel is a five star hotel by all means located in a great area where everything is minutes away…so arriving in my early hours the hotel staff were kind enough to accommodate me to check in early and in addition to that were super amazing to upgrade me for my short stay with them. In addition to the staff being always on call and very respectful the room was spot on clean and spacious.
