Room is very big and comfortable. Shower is great. Breakfast is very good. As we got stuck there during the hurricane, we couldn't really enjoy the area, but there are many restaurants and shops around.

It’s a super nice and clean accommodation close to downtown Cancún, way different from the big buildings we see near the coast, for the better! We loved the vibe and the decoration, and the bed was super comfortable!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay & Perfect Location Very nice, modern, and clean place. Easy high-tech entry system and a sweet, helpful host. The location is perfect a mall across the street, another big mall right next to it, and a great café just 100 yards away. Only suggestion (for many places in Mexico) would be adding a small bidet sprayer in the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay!

In a prime location in the center of Cancún, Hotel Bonampak provides free WiFi throughout the property, an outdoor swimming pool and free private parking for guests who drive.

The owner Samantha did an excellent job creating a comfortable practical studio for independent travelers. The place felt safe, and Samantha and her family also live on the property which makes communication easy and efficient. The owner speaks both Spanish and English which allows to have more detailed conversations (thank you!). It was very convenient to have a little kitchenette supplied with electric teapot, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, fridge and even a microwave. WiFi was excellent, and AC worked perfectly. Special thank you for providing a large container of drinking water, and saving all that unnecessary plastic pollution. Some people commented that the shower did not have much water pressure, but it was not our case - hot water worked perfectly (it is set up on the electric wiring attached to the shower head). The linen and towels were clean and fresh. And, shampoo and liquid soap were also provided. We also enjoyed the fact that this studio is located in the real part of Cancun, without any tourist crowds. We had no problem walking around the area and always felt safe. This studio is definitely a very good value for independent travelers.

Offering a casino, Versatile Studio Cowork Fast WiFi and Prime Location features accommodations in the center of Cancún. With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony and a swimming pool.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in, during all my stay Eduardo went so far as to make sure I was pleased. The room was clean and beautiful decorated. The kitchen had all kitchenware new and well maintained . The bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. The cleaning staff kept everything tidy and clean , shout out to Tere for her great service. I enjoyed the peace and comfort of the room. The view of the city from its balcony was splendid. The pool was nice and also on the roof lounge/bbq area had a spectacular view of the city. I also liked that the hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants and still on downtown. Definitely recommend for any business , medical or vacation purposes. I will certainly return during my next visit.
