Very nice, modern, and clean place. Easy high-tech entry system and a sweet, helpful host. The location is perfect a mall across the street, another big mall right next to it, and a great café just 100 yards away.
Only suggestion (for many places in Mexico) would be adding a small bidet sprayer in the bathroom.
Overall, a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here—the room was incredibly cute, spacious, and cozy, with a big, super comfortable king-size bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The water pressure in the shower was strong and refreshing, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly the entire time, and we really appreciated the little touches that made the space feel special. One of our favorite surprises was the fun mural just outside our window—it added so much character and charm. Overall, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable place to come back to after a day of exploring.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel is located not far from the ADO bus station, and there are plenty of cafés and shops nearby, which is very convenient. The beach is a bit far, but a 15-minute taxi ride takes you to the most popular beaches.
The area is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and overall everything is at a high standard. The only downside is that you can hear some music from the restaurant inside the room — this might be an issue if you plan to rest during the day.
Apart from that, everything was great and we would still happily recommend this place.

Cozy loft with an open floor plan and nice high ceilings. Great location right in the city center within walking distance to everything you need including entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Hammock on the balcony was nice to chill on and stare at the stars while listening to the city noises.

The room was modern enough and very clean. It was ideal for a solo traveler. I love the fact that it was beside an Express Walmart and near Las America's Plaza that had lots of dining option. Its location was central and I had no problem getting around by Uber. I would stay again.
