It was clean and well run. It was in a great location. The staff were attentive, helpful, and professional. The rooms were modern and had nice accoutrements. Good shower. The 5th floor terrace bar was a beautiful view. 1:30pm checkout time was nice and relaxed.

I've stayed here twice and plan to stay again in the future. The rooms are very well thought out. There is unlimited filtered water from a tap, a carpeted built-in bench that doesn't scratch your suitcase, blackout curtains, conditioner and body lotion in addition to the usual shampoo and soap, and light switches conveniently located above the middle of the bed so two people can reach them. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, so comfortable, in fact, that I pulled up the sheets to discover that it is a Mexican brand I'd never heard of but would buy for myself the next time I need a mattress. The location is near government offices and many museums. It's near two pharmacies, which helped when I forgot my meds. Near many restaurants, the nicest ones being up the street a couple blocks to the right of the hotel as you exit. And the late checkout time with free luggage storage after that is very convenient.

Location was excellent , breakfast was good but the same everyday. Staff was friendly . Room was small. Only one small elevator. It was a plus that they offer snacks and drinks 24 hrs for free. Bed was comfortable , water pressure was good .

Just a few minutes’ walk to Zócalo and other major attractions, as the hotel is right in the heart of the historic center. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they even let us store our luggage after check-out. We accidentally left something in our room, and the staff helped us look for it (and we found it yay). Plus, there are plenty of sockets for charging all our gadgets, a big bonus!
