Bucur Accommodation facilities, staff and service were beyond our expectation. We transferred to Bucur from a nearby 4 star hotel for our trip extension. At booking, I was granted my request to store our luggage for a few days as we are travelling outside Romania and returning to the hotel. When we got there, the staff Maria was very helpful with the many luggages we need to store and there were 2 other hotel staff who lifted our luggages to the storage, which service we did not get in the other hotel. While the entrance to the hotel was rather small, we were surprised with the size of our room which is far bigger than the one we got at the other hotel for a higher price. When we returned, our room was even bigger. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and both rooms were already with breakfast which had good options. A grocery is nearby and many restaurants and places are just within walking distance. We also got assistance for a van to bring as to the airport. We got exceedingly good value for what we paid for. Many thanks to Maria for being so accommodating and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest.

The service in this hotel is on another level. As the hotel luxury, the staff service is luxury, the rooms are luxury. I just liked every centimeter and second in this hotel. Its location is the best, banesa shopping city, therme, OTP airport. Like this is the biggest and boldest 10 stars we ever given to someone. We canceled all other hotels to rebook this one.
