We liked everything. Room, facilities, exceptional friendly staff, food in the bar... We stayed only few days but it felt so good. There was no problem with any request we had. The external pool was a treat - after the busy week we wanted to just enjoy the summer and relax, and that was just perfect place to do so.. In other hotels we wouldn’t have that possibility.

Rooms exactly as on the photos. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We received an advance notice that the access is not for disabled persons, which is correct, some 6 stair steps are there before getting to the elevator.

Our stay has been great. The levels of customer service has been fantastic, as the staff have gone above and beyond to look after us, and address any concern we had. From the first room, having an air conditioning problem, Daniela took our problem and gave us a great solution. Then the following day, after raising concerns about an item in the room, and outside light at night, Albert stepped up and resolved our issue, exceeding our expectations. I also very much appreciated the small token to help me celebrate my birthday, again, a really nice touch. This is very much a top tier hotel.

Great boutique hotel/villa in the heart of Bucharest. Everything you might want to see in the city is in close proximity, location 10+. They have 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel so if you come with a car you will have place to park it there. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, they were there for everything we needed so 10+ for them. Room was very cosy, bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower was great, cleaning was top. Although they don't have breakfast as offering on the booking, we had free breakfast (croissants, nutella, honey, juice, coffee, tea) and staff was very helpful every time we needed to use kitchen.
