All the staff are very approachable and attentive to our needs. We reported that the Tv remote was not working and they transferred us to a better room. I would also like to commend the tall receptionist guy for being so nice to my child and he even ran a block away to catch us and gave my son the toy that he left in the lobby. They also have good coffee and dipping pool.

I like about everything from this hotel. Didnt expect to have that full of breakfast from the hostel with the price. It’s located in a very strategic place. Many food stalls open 24 hours nearby and abundance public transports options. The owner and staff are very helpful, their bathroom is always clean, bed and linen is clean and comfy, wifi is fast, and nice neighbourhood area. All in all, it’s a very good value for Solo traveller for staying in Singapore.

The place was spotless clean and is in a safe and convenient location. There are hawkers, convenience stores and laundromat nearby and it’s close to two MRT stations (Lavender & Bendeemer). The room also uses a lock keycard and a deposit box for your valuables. I am a light sleeper but surprisingly I never had a problem with the other guests, they were all respectful enough to be quiet come night time.

Location: 10 mins walk to Bugis, opposite to a MRT station, super convenient. All bedrooms in the same level so no stairs. All guests really nice, they not causing big noise to disturb other people. Although there’s an Indian place across the street (I dont know what kind of service they provided but they played loud music till midnight so prepare for that) There’s a 24/24 reception so dont hesitate to ring a bell to call them. Supportive and nice staff. The place provided breakfast before 10 am. If you need hair dryer, ask the reception.
