everything was fantastic! Sedat and Efe and all the staff were so helpful, assisting with everything from a medical problem to transportation dilemmas and laundry the roooms and common areas are exceptionally clean, tastefuly decorated, and comfortable.

We stayed at Doruk Palas Hotel in Istanbul and really loved everything about it. The room was very comfortable, and one of the best things is the excellent location – just a short walk to two metro stations, Istiklal Street, and Galata Tower. But the real highlight is the wonderful staff. They truly make the difference, always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bilal and Mohamed – we are very grateful for everything! Highly recommended!

Hotel was amazing, rooms were fabulous, location spot on,view from breakfast restaurant to die for. The best part was all the staff who are on reception were amazing. Ask the chef in morning to make malaman the egg dish it is to die for.

The hotel is very good in almost all aspects. The staff is very friendly, they go over their heads to make you feel comfortable - they arrange everything you need, greet you with tea & cookies. The location is very good, across the bridge from the Egyptian Bazaar, 5 min away by foot from the Galata Tower, 10 min away by foot from metro and bus stations. Tram 1, which takes you to all classical touristic places, is 20 min away by foot. The rooms and common spaces are clean, nicely decorated and the rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is different every day and is served on the roof terrace.
