Hotels in Laleli, Istanbul

Excellent service, especially from the tall, young gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, and the young gentleman named Khaled. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and assistance.

The hotel was very conveniently located in a great area with excellent access to public transportation. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room featured a jacuzzi, which was a delightful and relaxing treat after a long day of exploring. The hotel breakfast, served on the 7th floor, was an absolute delight! The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide array of delicious options to satisfy every palate. And the best part? The stunning city views that accompanied my meal! What's more, the 7th floor also housed the hotel's stylish bar and restaurant. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink or a meal while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

Location, value, staff - it’s family run by two brothers and they were both super helpful

Very friendly staff, good location

Everything is nice and the area is quiet. Good breakfast and hospitality.

Nice hotel recommend to everyone Personal is very good

The hotel had a great location, was very clean, and was close to the tram. The staff were very respectful, especially the reception staff Kemal, Deniz, and Osman, and the bar section Ozkan. Thank you to everyone💐

The rooms were great, big jacuzzi for the whole family and the staff was amazing especially Sarah

Mr. Farouk was really helpful and he managed to check as in early

Firstly, the Hotel is Beautiful 😍 and very well kept. It is also located perfectly to a lot of historical places , restaurants and conveniently situated next to a variety of public transportation like the metro rail station. The staff was also so kind to extend our checkout time for free, because our flight was leaving late. That was such a thoughtful gesture and we appreciated it

The room was huge and clean. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Metro. Their breakfast is yummy and nutritious with diverse fruits and healthy vegetables. Locally baked bread, an assortment of confections, and cheese varieties complement typical breakfast offerings. Their chef makes your favorite omelet presented alongside of a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice. Our package included dinner as well. Our waiter, Yasin with his high level of energy, and professional service made the experience memorable.

Hotel is 10/10. The staff is extremly nice. Everything is super clean, towels are being changed every day. Overall, the hotel and their staff, made are stay in Istanbul even better. One thing is for sure, we will stay in this hotel whenever we are in Istanbul.

Emre was very exceptional and very helpful he made my stay very comfortable

Friendly stuff, good location (we walked to Sultanahmet attractions instead of taking the tram), good breakfast. The room was cozy, clean. We had the posibility to leave the luggage after checkout. I would come back to this hotel, therefor I recommend it.
