I was impressed by the accessibility and how responsive the staff was. I arrived late at night, and the access code I received wasn’t working due to a technical issue. After a long day of travel, it was a bit stressful, but I contacted the staff, and they responded immediately. They quickly opened the door for me remotely, and I really appreciated their speed and willingness to help, especially at that hour. I like this hotel. Nice room, good bed. You can drink coffee and tea 24/7. Beautiful and new design. Some things like facials masks, yoga rug, socks are very lovely for guests. Location is great. View on river is the best, you can see ships and tramp tower.

The lake view is absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night and the room was a front row seat to the bi-weekly fireworks (I was told they do them on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the spring and summer). At check in try asking for a higher floor!
