We really liked the location. We wanted to have the city living experience, so being able to stay in a brownstone was lovely! Also, our rooms were very pretty and comfortable! Communicating with someone when we had a question was easy and he always got back to us quickly. We loved the spaciousness of the unit. The kitchen and living room were very roomy and beautiful as well, though we didn't really use them since we were out exploring NYC the entire time we were there.

Extremely good value for money in midtown NY. The hotel is close to all local attractions, very close to subway station as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We made a mistake during booking and booked only for 7 nights instead of 8 nights, then we had to purchase one more night through another site. The staff was extremely helpful so we didn't have to move from one room to another after the first night. The hotel is very clean and, as a bonus, it offers a breakfast, which is not something you often see in NY. I would offer a bit more healthy choices for breakfast, but even as it is now, it is great to have a morning meal without the need of going out of hotel. Overall a wonderful stay, we would certainly choose this hotel again for our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, don't understand why so many bad reviews. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the happy hour with free drinks and live music was a really nice addition. Also, we liked the location, it was approximately 10 min walk from Times Square, with plenty of restaurants in the area.
