The staff were super attentive and sweet, always smiling and ready to help. Big room with comfortable beds, a tv, a desk with a mirror (excellent for putting on makeup) and a huge closet, as well as a private toilet and shower. The room had plenty of space for 3 girls and all of our belongings. Nice little terrace. All this for a super affordable price. Also, the hotel offers tours, and we went to Lan Ha Bay, Ninh Binh and Ha Giang Loop. Great experiences, and smooth sailing from the get-go because of the attentive staff. When we almost missed the bus, they made sure to arrange a taxi (for free!), so we could get on at another stop. And when one of us forgot a bag on one of the busses, they managed to track it down and get it back. Thank you so much to all of the staff, we hope to come back one day!

The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, and the desk staff, all of whom are fluent in English, are extremely friendly and polite, and in general very eager to be of assistance. The rooftop bar is very pleasant, especially at night in the outdoor area, with a partial view of the lake and the glass towers of the city beyond. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was impeccably clean, and the bed was very soft but firm, allowing me two nights of wonderful sleep. I want to add that the duty manager at the front desk, Jimmy, made it his mission to ensure my stay was problem-free, going so far as to organize and schedule a ride back to Thai Nguyen for me when my plans changed at the last moment (something I appreciated a lot, given that I don't speak Vietnamese). Thanks again, Jimmy!

<First Impression> From the moment you walked in the Salute Hotel, my friend and i were warmly welcomed. Every single one of their staff was very well-mannered and eager to help us out with any questions we asked. They even provided us a nice plate of slices of watermelons as a welcome gesture. <Breakfast> the food selections for their breakfast was pretty great. Prepared meals are readily available like a buffet style. You could also order some Pho, Scrambled eggs, etc from the servers as well. some tropical fruits drinks are tasty and fresh as well. <Location> The hotel is in the perfect location where all of popular restaurants are within 5~10 mins of walking distance. The street right in front of hotel lobby is way more spacious than other narrow streets found in Hoan Kiem. So, this was a big plus as well. <Facilities> My friends and i reserved a suite which was pretty roomy and clean. we had a nice king size bed and queen size bed. I kinda wished there was a bedside stand where i could charge my phone when i was on my bed. But, Overall, no complaints <Conclusion> From the beginning to an end, everything associated with the Salute Hotel was pretty amazing. I would definitely come back and book it again for my next Hanoi trip. So, i definitely recommend anyone staying at the this hotel.

staff was amazing and incredibly kind. Anya was very professional and gave us a great briefing on the city. We have stayed in several hotels during our stay in Vietnam, and this one is one of the best. The sky bar is also one of the best in the city. It was a weekday, but several people were enjoying evening drinks.
