Everything was perfect! Ms Anh was helpful and very responsive from the start. The buffet breakfast was amazing - variety of options and the staff were very accommodating when it came to special diet restrictions. They ensured our friend was taken care off. Anh helped us with information around the area. Definitely located far from the hustle and bustle and if you want a peaceful and quiet holiday, this is the perfect location.

Very soft mattress with noiseless bed & fan.The Dorm. 212 was perfectly arranged & provided with bath tub & separate dressing room. All the facilities are just wonderful & not less than a 5* Hotel. Very good breakfast with lots of Varieties and nice sitting arrangement on 5th floor.Hats off to house keeping,reception, and cooking staff for keeping such a large property perfectly clean all the time as well as quick check in/ out and serving quality food. Strongly recommended for all the "Hoi an travellers" to book "iHome"without any hesitation.The Management is doing charitable work.

Everything! Best location, staff, breakfast, value. Lovely ladies, extremely helpful and very attentive. Breakfast is cooked based on your order the day before, with incredible coffee and vietnamese food. The place is clean and 5 minutes walk from the old town.

Excellent family run hotel. The staff of very helpful both with needs and recommendation on what to do. The pool is a must in the Hoi An heat. The room are spacious and modern. A/C and showers are very good. Unlike many rooms in Vietnam the electricity stays even if you leave the room which means you can come back to a cool room. The family room is two adjoining rooms so you get plenty of space and privacy.

The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We also liked the outside area with the pool, even if we didn't get to enjoy it much. The hotel is a little bit outside of the center in a quiet residential area, but the old town is in walking distance.
