Fantastic Family Managed property. The owner is the best friend you can have in hoi an. Helpful, generous and funny! He’ll put the guests’ needs before anything, even the most spoiled guests. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a warm greeting, a delicious welcome drink and the best staff. The room was amazing as I expected and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast in the morning is more than filling, the selection is beyond. We were there a few days before our wedding and the staff were incredible. They knew all the details and arranged so much for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care is really above and beyond. They treated my other guests just the same. I really worried about nothing during my time there. The location is perfect, east for others to stay close, a quick walk to old town but not so close that you hear the commotion. A beautiful window view to beat! A big thanks to Anne and her team, wish we could have stayed longer!

Very close to the center! It’s a small boutique hotel, with personalized service from the hotel manager himself, Mr. Kevin. As a hospitality worker myself, I really appreciated his hands-on attitude! 🙏🏻 All of his recommendations were spot on and never missed!
