So much to like and praise! Location: Bang next to Exit A of Huaqiangbei station on Line 2 of the Shenzhen Metro. You come out of the exit, and on your immediate left you will see a Starbucks. Walk through and you will reach the elevators. The reception is on the 23rd floor. Room: very large and comfortable with two types of pillows. Large bathroom with high-quality toiletries and everything you might need for your stay including...well, you'll just have to see for yourself! Service: Everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. In particular, Jonathan at reception is an asset to the hotel. Speaks excellent English and goes out of his way to help. He gave me a room on the 32nd floor with a fabulous view. Thanks Jonathan! What else did I like? Wonderful breakfast, free afternoon tea, free noodles for supper. Ooh and don't miss the cute robots that deliver food to your room!

This hotel has a very good location. Taxi prices are very affordable in China, so the central location of this hotel is a great help for visiting various places in Shenzhen. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it has many amenities, and it offers absolutely everything listed on Booking.com. It was truly a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety, which is truly delicious. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the hotel. If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We booked a weekend staycation for my husband's birthday. Everything was fantastic! We had a wonderful suite overlooking the city, with Lounge access. The food and drinks, as well as the service, were excellent at the Lounge. It's a relaxing place where you can just enjoy and indulge. Overall a great value for money! The staff prepared a birthday cake for my husband, and everyone was super caring.

Everything was amazing. We booked a stay for 2 nights for my wife's birthday, started with an upgrade to the sea view suite and a complimentary birthday cake with a bottle of wine.
