Great hotel! The high rating is well-deserved. Rooms are clean&new, AC is great, internet is super fast!! I do not know any similar hotel with all three in this neighborhood 😀 I had to work a few days, and was surprised by the internet speed, which is not easy to find in Italy.

Spacious room, nicely appointed, large and comfortable bed, beautiful view of the bay of Naples. Giuliano was easy to reach, friendly, and accomodating. If you are visiting the ruins, it’s nice to spend the night since sometimes you can visit the parco archeologico at night. I highly recommend this lodging.

Everything was perfect! A very welcoming and charming old villa with a beautiful garden. The location was great, very close to Ercolano station. The house is equipped with everything you'd need during your stay. Francesca is one of the warmest hosts I have come across in a while. Will visit again if I get a chance!

The place was in a perfect location, close to the ruins and the bus to go on the Vesuvio, staff were very welcoming and helpful, lovely clean room and amazing shower.

Lovely owner who had left lovely attentions such as delicious snacks upon arrival. Ideally located in front of Herculanum archeological park and walking distance to the museum, beach and station. Plenty of affordable dining and grocery shopping around. We really enjoyed this typical Italian neighborhood with its coffees shops, fishermen, fruit shops and so on. True, humble and simple, just the way we like it.
