Amazing staff always helpful, smiling and attentive to our needs whether related to our stay or even regarding the attractions in the city. The hotel is well maintained with excellent rooms and facilities located within 10 minutes walk to the major attractions and shopping in the city. For the moment you enter, you get the 5 stars treatment. They offer valet parking at fee but considering it is my first time in the city it was really helpful. The breakfast there is excellent.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Room Mate Giulia. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is unbeatable in the heart of the Duomo area, with everything from shops to restaurants just steps away. It’s the perfect spot for exploring Milan on foot. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. However, one thing to keep in mind: you can’t drive directly to the front of the hotel. I had to stop nearby and rely on the bellboy to help with my luggage, which they did efficiently. Also, there’s no free parking available, and dealing with a rental car in this area turned out to be more of a hassle than it was worth. I ended up returning the car to the rental office since I didn’t really need it. One downside during my stay in August was the temporary street maintenance work happening nearby. It created some noise and made the area slightly less pleasant to walk through. While it’s not the hotel’s fault, it did affect the overall atmosphere a bit. Despite that, the hotel itself was excellent, and I’d absolutely stay here again just without a car and hopefully after the street work is complete!

Great location with a good security level. I can not call it a hotel, it is more B2B but offers the basics to stay in Milano. The check-in process is done when you call them ahead of arriving, and then someone will come to assist.

Second time staying here. We love the classic interior and overall vibe. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast buffet is excellent — honestly the main reason we keep coming back. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Nice place wonderful job by the guys there, near the metro and just beside the train station. Lovely breakfast and very gentle staff. Great products like creams and washing shops etc. the room was big enough the kids loved it and we had separate bedrooms.
