The hotel very clean and modern very comfortable to stay at, we had an issue with our hair dryer and they borrow us a straightener we asked for advice to buy some stuff and the reception team provide us with many 😍 Miss.Yamaga was one of the best employees she helped us so many times and she helped us to book a car to drive us to the airport, Mr.Su as well he helped us for some stuff we asked for related to our laggage. Everyone in the hotel was nice and kind the product furniture atmosphere 100% satisfied

Perfect location! The space of the room is quite large at this price compare with most hotels in Japan. Super clean and nice breakfast with lots of choice (western & eastern). Staff at front desk are very fluent in English so super good for non-Japanese speakers. Will definitely choose Aloft if revisit Osaka.
