We loved the location it was off the strip but just a short drive to everywhere. The main pool was closed but we enjoyed the smaller pool and hot tub. We had limited contact with staff but I must admit that each interaction was extremely professional. We left an item and within a day it was shipped back home.

Property was located in a great place. It’s not connected directly to mgm so you don’t have the casino cigarette smoke you get from Other properties. The kitchen was exactly what our family needed to make some meals. They had pots and plates with a few spices even. Great view of the sphere. Hot tub was super clean and jets were powerful. It also included free valet parking.

From the time we initially pulled up to the valet, everything was uphill from there. The valet attendants were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!
