The stay has exceeded our expectations regarding staff and also the interior and exterior of the whole place. Clear recommendation as accomodation during a trip along the coast.
Rainbow Beach
Debbie's Place is 150 metres from the Great Sandy National Park and 500 metres from Rainbow Beach. It offers free covered parking and rooms with free WiFi and a patio.
Each air-conditioned room features a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV and DVD player. All include an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
I stayed there two nights in two different rooms (before/after K'gari tour). Both of them were nice and clean, with comfortable bed. Definitely would book again.

Loved the location right on the beach and on the main drag. Room was small but we were pleased to get a balcony. Staff extremely friendly, and they provided us with beach towels, chairs, umbrella. They also have 2 really nice pools and outdoor cooking facilities.

Warm welcome, made to feel special. Room was large and spotless clean with a view that left you breathless. The most comfy bed we have ever slept in. We stayed an extra night, that says it all.

Unit was clean and tidy, linen and towels of good quality (my 15 year old son even commented on the towels). We had a family room which was spacious for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a toddler. Our younger child loved the trampoline and play ground to go jump on while we unpacked. This was perfect for our one night stop over as is also very close to Australia Zoo.
I loved the room settings. Very spacious with lots of storage spaces. Very family oriented as there was a fully furnished kitchenette with a table and chairs which I loved the most. Very convenient for me as I was traveling with a 6yo and an infant, so it made it so easy to clean baby bottles and prepare meals for my two kids.
The location was excellent and an easy walk to the beach and shops. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Affordable, family friendly accommodation. Kids loved the pool which was right outside our villa.
It had it all, me and my son went to Sea World, Wet n Wild and movie world and to be honest, he enjoyed to resort the best. It has fantastic play equipment, a water park, an arcade and multiple options for food and lollies for the kids. Would highly recommend for families with toddlers and small children.
Very child friendly accomodation, staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the games room as all games were free. Everything we needed for smooth family vacation was at our disposal. Food and drinks was reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast amazing and free for kids is a huge bonus! We ate at the hotel every day
I like the swimming areas, cater for all ages - children and adults. Right by the restaurant, there are two slides and a wooden platform for kids and teenagers to have fun going into the water. A big screen showing animated films in the evening. I find it a great place for family.
