There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. The location of this hotel and the view from our room dazzled us. We thought we'd died and gone to heaven. It was helpful to have a car to get to it, as we did, but one could easily use a taxi or Uber from the train station (may be costly though). That's part of why it is so beautiful--it is a ways above the town, very quiet, with absolutely stunning views in all directions. We could not have been more charmed. The host and his wife are lovely. We did not use the breakfast option, so cannot comment on that. But we loved having a kitchen with fridge and dishes. We made our own meals, as did others.

Very modern, clean and cozy! The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Location is great (near the center without being too noisy).

The hotel is clearly well looked after by the owners, and the suite rooms had everything I needed to cook (if I wanted to) and plenty of space.

The accommodation offers a children's playground. The area is popular for skiing, and bike hire is available at Hotel Krone - Aktiv & Erholt. We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast really tasty and bed comfortable. Having the possibility to go to the SPA and afterwards sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, was relaxing! The rooms are soundproof, so we were not disturbed by any noise. As well, not to forget about the free underground packing! We will definitely book this hotel again for our future trip.

The location was ideal, the breakfast had variety and was yummy, the rooms were perfect (clean, cozy and quiet!), the WiFi was great, shared kitchen was spotless and very useful, staff were friendly and my favourite part was the gorgeous garden 😊❤️ The self check-in was also amazing!

Beautiful view on the Matterhorn, excellent breakfast, lovely staff, even has a steam bath and a sauna, and free sledges are available! Excellent place to stay in Zermatt, for good value :)

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Good location (at main road), near to zermatt train station, coop, restaurants. Room is clean/spacious (with balcony). Breakfast is good, plenty of choices.
