It was empty, not too many people for such a big hotel. Rooms were comfortable enough, although they lacked minibar (only some beverages in the fridge). For the rest, it was a standard room, single comfortable bed.

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of service, elegance, and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of at every moment. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable!! The location is perfect: safe, central, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. But honestly, I barely wanted to leave the hotel! The rooftop pool and spa area were absolute highlights, a peaceful oasis with stunning city views. Breakfast was another unforgettable experience: everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. This hotel combines luxury with warmth in a way that’s rare to find.
