The room is amazing with a huge bathtub overseeing the forest, with privacy. Room is clean with good amenities, and the bed is comfortable. The infinity pool has an incredible view as well. Whatever you see in the photos are very close to what you actually get. Prior to the trip, I contacted their customer service, and Melani was very responsive and helpful. I arranged for the romantic dinner where we get exclusive space at the ‘boat-shaped’ balcony. They also kindly arrange for balloon decorations, and work with a florist to get flowers on my behalf. All of these were meant to be a surprise for my girlfriend. I reminded them not to spoil the surprise when we arrive at the resort. Thankfully, they communicated well with their entire crew, and nobody leaked the surprise! Every one of the crew was polite and helpful. They also arranged tours, car rides, and bike rentals, all at competitive rates. The entire stay was such a treat and we would absolutely visit again.
