Absolutely no issues with check in, keys collection or assistance from the host.The apartment was just wonderful - located right in the centre of beautiful Pienza. Not only was the place well equipped ( shower and the welcome gift = 100% , ) it was utterly cosy and romantic. The host and the staff were very friendly and helpful - promptly answering our questions and messages. We were amazed and enjoyed our stay to the utmost. Massive thanks.

The views are sensational and the property is only a few minutes from Pienza, where there are plenty of local shops, a supermarket and a kids playground. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed chatting with Francesco before heading out each the day.
