The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. Wow.. this is by far one of the best places in Saas-Grund. Before arrival we have been asked to check-in online and we got free access to Saas-Fee cable cars, bus, and other facilities. This was an extremely great advantage for a family of 5. The complex has 5 units next to each other, with full playground for kids, washing/drying facilities, sports facilities and most importantly a reception that is open daily from 9 - 6 PM.

I love everything about this property, the facility were squeaky cleaned and looked exactly like the photos. My family really enjoyed it so much. We had the best time here at Naviagare Rosorts and our host was super sweet and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are big and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds and sheets. They also offer welcome gifts. Very good and quality breakfast. A very nice hotel overall.

I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.

Family-owned Hotel Ambassador enjoys a quiet and central location only 656 feet away from the train station in Brig. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
