Loved the breakfast variety and its staff. Reception staff exceptional as well. We enjoyed our tatami room and slept very well. Onsen was a very comfortable size and well stocked.

Rustic and clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was exceptional. We had a family suite for 4 that was probably one of the largest Japanese hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It also had its own semi-outdoor bath and SAUNA!

    check in check out is great staff is efficient attentive, the room is just right for 3 . we dint take the breakfast in hotel as we wanted to try local eateries.. onsen is indoors and instructions are clear . location is great 5 min to the canal , 8 min to the shopping street, 10 min to JR station. area is safe and staff helped us book a sushi place that was needed reservation. room was arm, toilet is clean and modern. no complaints .great hotel
