The outside lounge area at the front door was great! Valet staff was down to earth guys & allowed us to park our vehicle ourselves because it had an ignition problem & let us park it up front & out of the way!

Cooked to order breakfast was nice to have. Rooms were modern and spotless. Bed was comfy and lots of space in the room. Loved the location walking distance to everything. Would defnitely stay here again!

OK stay. staff super friendly with great follow up. The Hotel is clearly been around for a while... a little worn down. Room needs upgrading.

Breakfast choices are always great and more than sufficient. Staff and 24/7 valet is great! Happy hour at bar upstairs and pool is great. Lobby mini store is fabulous. Love all the UTK Vol gear.

To start off with, they were so helpful and accommodating when our flights got canceled and travel plans changed. The hotel was adorable And so chic! We loved the property and location and would go back just for the hotel!
