Location was good to get our son to and from college for move in. Less than a 10 minute drive. Location was ok for beach, only a 10 minute walk. Good location for shopping/restaurants in Waikiki area.

Location, staff and cleanliness were all great for me and my family. I had a last minute/late check in and front desk/valet were accommodating and very nice. The housekeeping aunties were so sweet and very respectful of the DND sign when it was in place.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Waikiki and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk — she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and stress-free. With our flight canceled due to the Air Canada strike, we had to book the room day by day, and Grace was incredibly helpful, giving us peace of mind during a stressful situation. The breakfast service at Shore Restaurant was also outstanding — the food was amazing, and every staff member there exuded positive energy, making each morning a delight. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Waikiki, and I look forward to returning.

The things that make this place are also the little things like free, unlimited beach towels, free beach umbrellas and chairs too. Even free sunscreen. The rooms are renovated and very spacious. The TV is big and lets you cast to it easily. The gym is really good there too being 24 hours, with towels and disinfectant to wipe down and also a peloton bike.
