The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand their problem — if you can’t do your job properly, maybe you should work somewhere else. The bed sheets were not clean at all, and I was charged twice for my stay. When I call, no one is helpful or willing to resolve the issue. This hotel is truly terrible.
