Service is helpful and friendly, views from the front rooms excellent (but the roof isn't accessible while they complete work on a top floor or roof-top gym), and the solarium at the back of the bar delightful (but expensive). Great location and a very real New York experience.

My room was huge by New York standards, a super comfy bed and pillows, clean and well appointed. Loved having the Nespresso machine and the hotel gym was full of modern equipment and had a great vibe. Will stay again when needing to be midtown / close to grand central.

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. Great room, one of the best stays of my life. My room had a great terrace with a view of the Empire State Building. Super staff, big room, everything inside. No noise from the outside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
