Most of the City noise could not be heard in the room. Use of technology for requesting service, privacy. Decor created a great vibe. Can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff.

United States of AmericaAll of the staff, the doormen, the registration staff, the hospitality staff, and the restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a single bedroom to a double bedroom at no additional charge and given vouchers for a free drink in their Landshark restaurant. We were able to store our luggage at no cost after we checked out for several hours and were welcome to relax in the hotel before needing to go to Penn Station for our train.
