Perfect location to just walk out the door and explore.. Excellent value for money. There is no car access direct to the door but only a short roll of the suitcases and we were there.

The location was ideal -- right on Plaza Nueva in Casco Viejo (the most popular square in the best part of town). Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was strong and stable. Security was outstanding -- four combination locks separating our room from the street.

Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo was a great area especially if arriving late in the evening like we did. Restaurants nearby were open fairly late and had good reviews. Cafes were near for the next morning too. Also Escaleras de Solokoetxe was on the same street as Arenal Suites. Plaza Nuevo was a short walk and we loved it immensely. Great price for the area, we were very happy! And the hotel, the room itself, and bathroom were all upgraded!
