Great location in the center, safe, helpful staff, clean, modern and large room with air conditioning. I haven’t heard much noise from the street once the balcony door was fully closed. It is also on a quiter street. I would book this again.

Very clean. Although it was central it was very quiet in the room (I faced the main street). The windows are double insulated so you can barely hear the streets. The balconies are also beautiful on a summer evening. It is in a lovely old building on the second floor. They have luggage storage for before check in and after check out.

This hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, into Gran Via, one of Madrid's main communications artery and well-known for its shops and theaters.
